Testing Information

Proctoring/Testing – Many Ole Miss Online instructors require their students to take exams that are in a proctored environment. That might mean coming to one of the University of Mississippi campuses (Oxford, Southaven, Tupelo, Boonville, or Grenada), or you can make arrangements with our office to have an approved proctor administer your exam.

If you are off-campus and you want to take your exam at a non-UM location, you must submit an Off-Campus Exam Request Form. The examination request must be received in Ole Miss Online Office no later than seven (7) days working days prior to the opening of the testing window for each proctored assessment.

We reserve the right to require any student to come to the Oxford campus to write an examination if there is any doubt about the originality of the student’s work.
