Online Biomechanics Graduate Certificate Curriculum
The Biomechanics Graduate Certificate follows a four-course sequence that moves from foundational biomechanics and musculoskeletal movement to clinical applications, injury biomechanics, applied biomechanics and measurement.
The program is self-paced within each 16-week course. Because the first two courses must be completed before the final two courses, students enter the program in the fall semester. Foundations of Biomechanics and Musculoskeletal & Movement Biomechanics are offered in fall, followed by Clinical Applications & Injury Biomechanics and Applied Biomechanics and Measurement in spring.

Admission Requirements
Candidates interested in applying to the Biomechanics Graduate Certificate must:
- Provide official transcripts showing an awarded baccalaureate or graduate degree in a related field from an accredited college or university
- Submit a 1- to 2-page statement of purpose describing your objectives, motivation and qualifications
- Submit an up-to-date resume or curriculum vitae
- Submit a letter of recommendation, preferably from an academic professor familiar with your academic or professional qualifications
- Submit official English proficiency test scores taken within two years of applying, if you are a non-native English speaker
