Test Scheduling Procedures
STEP ONE
Please Read This Very Carefully!
- It is the student's responsibility to locate a proctor and to contact the proctor to make an appointment. The student is responsible for any testing fees, if applicable.
- Refer to the Proctors webpage for suggestions about locating a proctor.
- The Distance Proctoring Request Form must be received by Distance Education Testng Lab no later than seven (7) working days prior to the opening of the testing window. This will assure there is ample time to process your application and to forward exam and materials to the approved proctor.
- Students who submit a late Request Form can be charged a late processing fee of $40.
- We will not be able to accommodate requests submitted within 48 hours or less of the scheduled exam date and time.
- If the student is enrolled in multiple online courses he must submit multiple examination requests for each course.
STEP TWO
- After you locate a proctor and schedule your appointment, you MUST complete the DISTANCE PROCTORING REQUEST FORM for every course that requires proctored examinations.
- The student must provide all the information requested on the Distance Proctoring Request Form including the proctor's name, contact information, institution, location where the exam will be given, and the appointment day and time when the examination can be taken at that site.
- You may schedule up to five (5) exams per course on each request form.
