School of Applied Sciences

Criminal Justice — A minor in criminal justice consists of 18 credit hours in criminal justice courses including the following required courses: CJ 100, CJ 210, CJ 300, and 3 additional courses at the 300 level or above. The full list of requirements can be found in the UM Course Catalog.

Hospitality Management — The Hospitality Management minor consists of 18 hours (6 courses). The minor is designed to provide students with practical and professional knowledge and understanding of the scope and impact of the hospitality industry with a focus on management skills and to prepare students for a career in the hospitality industry.
